X-Ray Imatek has a team made up of Ph.D experts in radiation detectors and a multidisciplinary team of highly qualified engineers and technics from a wide range of sectors.

	Dr. Carlos Sánchez, Ph.D and CEO Alicante, 1974 Ph.D in Particle Physics by the Ohio State University in 2002. In the same year, Carlos signed a post-doctorate contract with IFAE, where he started to work for accelerator experiments such the LHC (CERN, EU) and the Tevatron (Fermilab, USA). In year 2005, he began working in the project "Detections of EARly MArkers in MAmmography" (DEAR-MAMA) and co-founded X-Ray Imatek S.L. in 2006. Since then, Dr. Sanchez has been the CEO of the company and has managed and lead all the research projects carried out by X-Ray Imatek.
	Albert Sancho, CTO & Software Eng. Sant Quirze del Vallés, 1978 Software and electronics engineer, and physics enthusiast, he had worked in different companies and covered different areas of technology when he joined X-Ray Imatek in 2007. His field of expertise covers from hardware and firmware to graphic user interface development. He is currently in charge of the supervision of XRI new product releases and technical support.
	Víctor Sánchez, Sales & Marketing Barcelona, 1977 Sales representative specializing in B2B sales for industrial processes, with an extensive knowledge of networking and new technologies enthusiast. Post-graduate in Sales Management in EADA Business School, with a great experience in start-up companies from diverse areas. Victor has began working at X-Ray Imatek with the goal to position its trademark amongst the leaders in scientific x-ray instrumentation and industrial x-ray applications. He is responsible of the marketing strategies and the global sales process.
